The CREMLINplus HELPDESK provides support to both European researchers and providers of Russian Research Infrastructures (RIs).


  • Contribute to an increased transparency and accessibility of Russian RIs
  • Advance the processes of opening Russian RIs to European and international scientific communities
  • Foster transnational access and sustainability beyond CREMLINplus


  • Developing and advertising schemes of access to Russian RIs
  • Informing European users about the pilot TNA calls under CREMLINplus,
  • Providing ad-hoc training for the Russian RIs in administrative issues to the LIST-11 facilities as well as to European researchers in terms of visa, travel, etc.

The CREMLINplus HELPDESK is hosted by the Russian National Contact Point for Research Infrastructures (NCP) at NUST MISIS.
